Zentradox AI

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This page is maintained by Zentradox Technologies to describe how the Zentradox AI product handles account data, research activity, and analytics. Zentradox AI is currently in beta and this policy may evolve as the product matures.

Information we collect

When you create an account we collect the email address, display name, and authentication metadata required to secure your workspace. We also store the research artifacts you create inside the product — such as watchlists, alerts, journal entries, and portfolio positions.

How we use your information

  • Authenticate you and keep your workspace secure.
  • Provide the AI research features you invoke.
  • Diagnose product issues and improve reliability.

How we protect your information

Data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 and stored encrypted at rest. Access to your workspace is enforced by row-level access control so other accounts cannot read or modify your data. Administrative access is limited to maintenance and support activities.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with the infrastructure and AI providers required to operate the product, under contractual obligations to keep it confidential.

Your choices

You may export or delete your account data from the Settings screen inside the product, or by contacting support.
